- Rush fees may apply if turnaround time is requested to be faster(when possible).
- Weather rescheduling is completely acceptable and will be accommodated.
- Rescheduling for reasons other than weather is discouraged, however, acceptable within reason.
- All photos are delivered digitally 300ppi ready for print. Copyright is granted to the realtor/team. Not for resale.
- The existing archive of photos is available for copyright usage license upon request.
- Real estate that is being recorded is expected to be photo ready. Cleaning, Moving, and Staging may incur additional fees.

Small Package
For homes <1500 SQ.FT - $250.00 Matterport Tour add-on: $225.00
- Includes 20 to 40 images
- 1 hour shoot (avg) + 1 hour Matterport(if added)

Medium Package
For homes 1500–3500 SQ.FT - $350.00 Matterport Tour add-on: $325.00
- Includes 25 to 50 images
- 1 ½ hour shoot (avg) + 1 ½ hour Matterport(if added)
- 3 hour edit (avg)
Large Package
For homes 3500-5000 SQ.FT $475.00 Matterport Tour add-on: $425.00
- Includes 35 to 60 images
- 2 hour shoot (avg) + 2-3 hour Matterport(if added)
